STRAIN TRAITS
Stardawg Regular Seeds Overview
Aptly named thanks to its unbelievably thick trichome coating that glistens like starlight, and its Chemdawg origins, Stardawg is one of the most exciting strains on our entire regular seed menu. With a THC count of between 20-24%, a danker than the day is long stank, and aesthetics that will have your friends drooling, Stardawg is one hybrid that always delivers.
Stardawg Regular seeds were created from a cross between Chemdawg 4 and Tres Dawg, resulting in a pungent, diesel-smelling strain with powerful, long-lasting effects that suit both recreational and medicinal users. Generous yields of 400-500gr/m² when grown in ideal environmental conditions and a quicker-than-usual flowering time of just 7 to 8 weeks make this regular seed offering a deal that just can't be missed.
What are the effects of Stardawg weed?
Thanks to the near-even genetic split of Stardawg seeds (60% Indica/40% Sativa), and the plus 20% THC count, this option packs a powerful punch. The effects are both mentally and physically stimulating, with a juicy body buzz that is quickly followed by a snappy and creative cerebral shift. This makes the strain a great all-day option and is perfect for those looking for a creative boost with a level of bodily relaxation that is hard to beat.
Medicinal users will love Stardawg’s ability to reduce feelings of tiredness, depression, and anxiety while boosting the appetite once consumed. People suffering from bouts of medication-related nausea will also find great relief from Stardawg.
How to grow Stardawg Regular seeds?
Chemdawg and Tres Dawg both hail from the Afghani branch of the cannabis family tree, which results in a squat and bushy plant structure that rarely grows taller than 140cm. This shorter stature makes plant training absolutely essential if you are looking to maximize the yield potential of your Stardawg seeds, but not to worry as this can be implemented extremely easily.
We suggest topping your Stardawg plants at least twice to help horizontally spread the canopy and to also perform some super cropping on the larger branches once they have recovered from the topping (during the vegetative growth stage only). Once you are ready to let the crop flower, throw up some ScrOG nets to further encourage lateral growth and allow for peak light penetration at the budding sites, as well as much more efficient airflow through the entire canopy.
Appearance & Aroma
The oversized buds that Stardawg crops offer are truly a sight to behold. Covered from top to bottom in the heaviest layer of resinous crystals, it's hard to top the bag appeal of this strain. Alongside this glistening trichome coat, the buds are as dense as can be and a beautiful deep green accented by eye-catching red-orange pistils. The leaf structure is more reminiscent of a Sativa-dominant plant with thin, finger-like blades.
The aroma of Stardawg Regular will have your taste buds watering in anticipation. A heavy mix of diesel and earthiness screams potency, with that pungent stank being backed up by sweet, floral undertones and hints of spice.
