Mango Automatic Feminized Seeds

As the name suggests, Mango Automatic is the autoflowering version of the award-winning photoperiod strain Mango. It was developed by breeding Mango with an unnamed ruderalis, and the result is an evenly-balanced hybrid with slight indica dominance. Its parent placed in the 2002 High Times Cannabis Cup for best indica and was included in their 2009 list of best seeds. Mango Automatic harnesses those award-winning genetics in a strain that’s easier to grow and flowers much more quickly.

When it comes to the high, Mango Automatic is pleasingly well-rounded. An uplifting buzz is both cerebral and felt bodily, producing effects that are perfectly suited to both recreational and medicinal use. And it’s retained all the delicious flavors of the original Mango, earning its status as a truly unique autoflowering strain.

In terms of potency, Mango Automatic is mid-range, with THC levels of around 10-14%. But this does not detract from the high. This strain produces a buzz that’s physically, mentally and emotionally uplifting. It tends to creep up on you, starting out calming before gradually inducing euphoria. Mango Automatic is an energizing strain that’s known to spark creativity, and it’s ideal for daytime use. Mango Automatic grows wonderfully. Plants are compact and low-maintenance, reaching heights of just 60-100cm when grown indoors. Outside, they can reach around 90-120cm, though this increased size is rewarded with bigger yields. Generally speaking, this strain prefers warmer temperatures, though the ruderalis in its genetics means it can still withstand cooler northern climates. Grown outdoors, it can be harvested in July and September.

If you grow Mango Automatic inside it will flower in an impressively quick 8-10 weeks. It yields especially well when grown using a hydroponic set-up, though we recommend growing it in soil in order to enhance its exquisite mango flavor. In soil, it will still offer decent yields of around 200-300g/m2. As a crop, it doesn’t require too much extra work. But keep an eye on your buds. They’re known to gain a lot of weight in the latter stages of flowering and may require some additional support.

Mango Automatic is a strain that grows short and bushy. Branchy and with multiple bud sites, it gains a large amount of mass late on in the flowering phase. Sugar leaves often develop shades of red and violet as plants mature, with some calyxes also turning a reddish-purple color in the final weeks of flowering. Generally, buds are emerald-colored. They’re also large, dense and extremely heavy. A light spread of russet pistils and a thick dusting of trichomes complete the look, leaving colorful plants that glisten with resin. Unsurprisingly, plants emit a strong, fruity aroma with notes of mango coming to the fore as they flower.
