The right cannabis seeds depend on how you want to grow. Feminized seeds are a good choice if you want female photoperiod plants without having to identify and remove males, while autoflower seeds flower automatically and are typically faster and more compact. What's the difference between Indica, Sativa and Hybrid cannabis seeds?

Indica genetics are generally associated with shorter, bushier plants and relaxing effects, while Sativa genetics typically grow taller, take longer to flower and are associated with more uplifting effects. Hybrid strains combine Indica and Sativa genetics and can lean toward either side or offer characteristics of both.

Are autoflower or feminized seeds better for beginners?

Both can be suitable for beginners, but autoflowers are often a straightforward place to start because they flower automatically without requiring a change in light schedule and usually remain relatively compact. Feminized photoperiod seeds give you more control over how long the plant remains in vegetative growth before flowering.

How should I germinate my cannabis seeds?
